Refund policy

We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In its original packaging
  3. With all tags attached
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are available only for size issues or if you receive a damaged/incorrect product. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@scentra.com with your order details. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
