All purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, except where required under applicable law.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  1. You have received the wrong size (subject to availability).
  2. You have received a damaged or defective product.
  3. You have received an incorrect product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In its original packaging
  3. With all original tags attached
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase
  5. Free from any signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations caused after delivery

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Change in preference
  3. Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless eligible for a size exchange)
  4. Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
  5. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our products

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, after verification by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the same or a similar product, subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided.

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@scentra.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photographs or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping charges applicable for size exchanges unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from us.

Right to Refuse

Scentra Spain reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.
